Thank you for shopping with KlikBazar.com. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding our delivery process, timelines, charges, and related guidelines.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all across Bangladesh, including:

  • All major cities (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barishal etc.)

  • District towns and selected rural areas

Note: Delivery availability may vary by product or location.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible:

Inside Dhaka 2 – 3 working days
Outside Dhaka 3 – 7 working days

Delays may occur during public holidays, natural disasters, or due to courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳100 (depends on weight/size)

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 – ৳180 (depends on location and courier)

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4 PM are processed the same day (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4 PM are processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most products and locations.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the item.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number or courier link to track your order.
You can also contact our support team for delivery updates.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Wrong address or contact information

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order may be cancelled or rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package

We will investigate and take appropriate action as per our Return and Refund Policy.
